INNOVATION PLATFORM
The core of synthetic biotechnology lies in
the design and remake of enzymes,
metabolic pathways, and chassis cells, all of
which Abiochem has established solid
foundations. To date, we have developed a
large enzyme library that covers twenty-one
kinds of frequently used industrial enzymes (
50,000+), including transaminase. In
addition, we have developed a highly
effective enzyme design platform, which
can create improved and brand-new
enzyme mutations using machine learning to
predict and screen enzymes based on the
need for catalytic reaction, thereby
achieving rapid artificial evolution of
enzymes through high-throughput screening
and testing. Moreover, our gene assembling
and editing platform enables us to design a
variety of gene elements and reassemble
the metabolic pathway of biological chassis.
Furthermore, we have built the genetic
elements library (100,000+) and finalized
chassis cells for more than 90 high performance strains, including Escherichia
coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae,
Corynebacterium glutamicum, etc.
Lastly, we have prepared a massive amount of
high-performance bioengineering resources.
Our eight well-established innovation
platforms aid Abiochem in our application
of synthetic biotechnology to the
pharmaceutical, agriculture, and food
