Healthy Food

After consumers have satisfied their basic needs, health has become the main demand. To ensure food safety, the Global Food Safety Initiative was proposed to build a strong, flexible, and sustainable global food system. To date, 110 out of 113 countries around the world have established a food safety network and enforced the corresponding food safety initiative. In addition, according to the 2020 Global Food Security Index, several countries have made major progress in ensuring access to basic micronutrients for their population. The dramatic reduction in poverty rates in Asia, in particular, demonstrates the positive contribution of healthy food safety guidelines to bridging the gap between developing and developed countries.
