Gene synthesis and sequencing are important means of obtaining gene resources. The DNA synthesizer can synthesize gene fragments of arbitrary sequences efficiently and flexibly without relying on any template DNA. This plays a significant role in providing important gene resources and interpretations of sequence information for synthetic biology research.
Our gene synthesis and sequencing platform have advanced high-throughput nucleic acid synthesizers and sequencers, which can synthesize and sequence small fragments of DNA quickly. With the help of advanced DNA cloning technology, we can synthesize various large fragments of DNA (1kb-100kb) efficiently and achieve rapid assembly of biosynthesis pathways. Our platform also provides random mutation and site-directed mutation technologies to rapidly construct a massive library of DNA mutations for the evolutionary enzyme screening and pathways.
